American Culinary FederationThe American Culinary Federation, (ACF), is the largest professional Chefs organization in North America with more than 230 chapters, connecting culinarians in our community by providing networking opportunities and professional development. ACF operates the only comprehensive individual certification program for Chefs in the United States. Culinary certification requires a combination of education, practical testing and work experience.
